Tutorial 4: Email tools integrated with Microsoft Outlook

3D Communication can happen via web, email or through printed materials. 3D Communication through email is simple and straight forward.

1. Before we send our document through email, we should save our work first. Let’s save to a new filename by selecting “Save As…” from the Application menu.
2. QuadriSpace is integrated with Microsoft Outlook, so you can send emails with the click of a button. Select the Publish Ribbon.
3. Click on Email QSD, this will automatically popup the Microsoft Outlook email with this document as ready-to-go as an Attachment.
4. The recipient will only have to have our free Reader3D to view and interact with the 3D views in the document.

QuadriSpace is integrated with Microsoft Outlook making it easy to share 3D documents as attachments through email.
